Jenna was born and raised overseas in England and Singapore, and she moved to the U.S. during her junior year of high school. She became a believer in college at Texas A&M, where she earned her B.S. in molecular and cell biology. Following graduation, Jenna spent four years working in the biotech industry and then another four years teaching high school chemistry.

Singing and choir have been a part of Jenna’s life since she was a child. In college, she was part of the Texas A&M Century Singers as well as the founder of A&M’s female a capella group. Jenna started serving on Sojourn Heights’ worship team in 2012, and she joined the staff as the worship director in 2018. Jenna is married to her high school sweetheart, who is also a fellow music nerd and serves in the band. They have two kids together and enjoy family game nights, listening to their high school tunes, and spending time with their community here in the Heights. Her favorite spots in the city are the Zoo, the Museum of Fine Arts, and the Museum of Natural History.
